For agents

Your own home search, on your own website

Buyers who search on your site register with you, not with a portal that sells their information to the agent next door. We set up IDX Broker so your site has the search tools buyers expect.

Why agents add IDX to their website

Leads come to you

Registrations, saved searches and showing requests from your site go into your IDX Broker lead manager, not a shared marketplace.

Your brand on every page

Search and listing pages wear your colors, logo and navigation, so visitors stay with you from first search to first call.

Listing alerts keep buyers coming back

Buyers who save a search can get email updates when new matching listings hit the MLS, bringing them back to your site.

Content that works for search engines

Neighborhood pages, featured listings and guides on your own domain build visibility over time.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need my broker's permission?

Most MLSs require your managing broker to sign the IDX agreement along with you. IDX Broker's approval email explains what your MLS needs.

Can I show only my own listings?

Yes. You can feature your listings, your office's listings or any saved search, alongside full MLS search.

Will it work on my current website?

If your site runs on WordPress, the IMPress plugin integrates IDX directly. Other platforms can use IDX Broker widgets and links. We will tell you what fits after a quick look.
